Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you  are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must me informed to us within 48 hours of the received date. All returned item must be in new and unused condition, with all the original, Tags, labels & packaging. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customersupport@theanvik.com to obtain an Return Authorisation Number (RAN), After receiving the RAN number, place the products securely in the original packaging & send it back to us. 

Pls note customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the products that have been returned, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow us 2 days from the receipt of the return to process the return or exchange. We will notify you through email or whatsapp messaging when your return is processed. 

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED

All our products go through a complete Quality Check and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in proper condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, 

* Create a video of unboxing your package, or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our customer support team at customersupport@theanvik.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. 

* Reverse Pickup Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. 

* Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall refund the complete amount within 3 to 5 working days.
